Back to the Hospital
I can't believe our little girl is 4 weeks old. This month has just been a blur. Last night Tyce asked us to take her back to the hospital. I think he was wanting some attention that she was getting. Tyce has done pretty well adjusting to having another kid in the house. He doesn't like to hold her, but he does tell her that "it's okay", "stop crying or you sit on the stairs", and "that's enough" when she's upset about something. It's funny to hear what things they catch you saying. Lauren is a pretty happy baby overall. Lately she's hasn't liked laying down to have her naps. She prefers to be held and cuddled. She seems to have a lot of gas. Any suggestions? Is it something I'm eating? What can we do to help her? Anyways....we're still alive and kicking!

Sounds like Lauren and Rylie have a lot in common. She also won't lay down to nap, she has to be held. She also has a lot of gas. We give her the infant mylicon gas drops. They help her so much. Also, sorry we are so slow, but really are still going to bring you dinner soon. Time just seems to get away from me these day! I will call you soon.
Sara was a gassy gal too we gave her Woodard's gripe water. We ordered itonline. It was more effective than mylicon for her. Doesn't alwas stop the clinginess though. Do you have a sling? That could give you a temporary break.
